1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You must provide the original purchase receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products.

• 2. No Receipt Returns

If you no longer have your receipt, you may return unused and unopened items for a store coupon.

Coupons will be issued only after inspection of the returned item.

Coupon value will be based on the product’s current selling price.

• Clearance, perishable, or special-order items.

In-Store: Bring your product and receipt to our location for inspection and processing.

By Mail: Contact our customer service team for return instructions and a return authorization before shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to store error or defective product.

5. Refund & Coupon Processing

Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Coupons will be issued in-store or via email for use on future purchases.
